We provide you shipping costs for all Postal Service shipping methods and the
costs are real time calculated By USPS based on the weights and/or the size of
items ordered. As you are shopping, simply select the product you are interested

If you are not, please
contact us to return or exchange the item within 15 days of receipt of your
purchase. Item must be returned in new, unused and resalable condition, and
in its original packaging. A credit will be issued upon our receipt of the item
less any original and return shipping costs.
A restocking charge may apply to specifically noted items. Custom orders as well
as shipping charges can not be returned due to their uniqueness and
personalization to your specific request.
WARRANTY:
This warranty is applied to clocks made of art glass.
1. Warranty
period is 6 months from date of purchase. This warranty is valid under condition
of submitting an original bill or a document, which substitutes it, correctly
filled warranty coupon and a defective article.
2. The warranty is applied to malfunctions that emerged through manufacturer's fault.
Substitution of defective parts and connected with it work is fulfilled at
manufacturer's cost, by mean of submitting a bill (via post service) for repair.
3. The warranty is not applied to:
- power supply (battery);
- bracelet, fastener, body of clock;
- damages (external and internal), caused by any mechanical influence, cracks,
splits, deformation of materials and components, etc;
- natural deterioration of components which have a limited lifetime, preventive
maintenance and also expended materials;
- influence of unforeseeable consequences (fire, accident, malfunction of the
grid, etc.);
- damage from the caustics;
- wipe-out and corrosion of covering, sputtering (gilt, etc.), paints of
rule-box while operation;
4. Warranty repair is not carried out in such cases:
- misusing;
- unauthorized opening or an attempt of repairing, executed not by an authorized person;
- getting of liquid, dust, insects and other foreign matters inside an article;
- absent or filled not correctly warranty coupon (absent name of model, date of purchase, article number, sign of a buyer, stamp of a shop), while submitting a warranty coupon of doubtful origin.
5. Warranty period is prolonged for a time of an article being under repair.
